After overdoing it just over a week ago my left knee began hurting of bursitis again... So I took a few days off, today I hope to be back to running 6 days a week. I started with a 40 minute run at a 7:30 mile - or a distance of 5.33 miles! (my goal is 105 min at an 8:00 mile - that would be a half marathon). Three weeks of work outs down, 9 left in half work out, then 12 more to the full!
