New Record Distance!

Today's workout was 10.5 miles in 1:25:00! I beat my old distance record by three miles! My average mile was 8:30 with the best mile being 6:40! I felt great the entire run, and am getting closer to my first goal of a half marathon in 1:45:00.

This run was 5 min warm up (15:00 mile), 15 min jog (7:30 mile), 10 min run (6:40 mile), 5 min speed walk (12:00 mile), then another 15 jog, 10 run, 5 speed walk, then one more 15 min jog with a 5 min cool down (15:00) mile!

My next run is a straight 60 min jog at a 7:30 mile! Looking forward to that!
